A pick-up tractor transports rice and foodstuff of Banteay Meanchey Provincial Red Cross Branch to distribute to the people suffered by floodwaters in Obeichoan commune, O Chrov district on Oct. 19.
According to the report, the floods have damaged 2,489 houses, 765 hectares of rice paddies, subsidiary food crops and other infrastructures in the province.
