NA President Left for China

Phnom Penh, October 21, 2010 AKP --

A high-level delegation of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia led by  its President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin left here yesterday morning for a state and friendship visit to the People’ s Republic of China.

Seeing off the delegation at the Phnom Penh International Airport were H.E. Mr. Nguon Nhel, first vice-President of the National Assembly, H.E. Mr. Say Chhum, second vice-president of National Assembly and several officials of the national assembly.

Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Mr. Pan Guangxue was also on hand.

During the state visit to China from October 20 to 26, 2010, the delegation will meet with the officials of China's Chengdu City, visit the cultural village of San Sheng, attend the international forum on the southwest China and the inauguration of the Jin Jiang building, and visit the Jinsha national museum and the mountains of Emei and Golden Summit, according to a press release issued by the office of the national assembly.--AKP
